If any of claude.ai , platform.claude.com, api.anthropic.com, claude code, claude for government, claude cowork, or other anthropic systems displayed on the claude status page, have downtime / partial outages, etc such that not all of that days' systems are displayed in green, it is considered to have had an incident for the purpose of this market.
