You can send an email like this asking them to give you these papers. I don't think any university has a subscription to this rather rare journal. I even checked my access to the Wikipedia library. Unfortunately, it's not there.

Can you check again? It's listed in the Title Sheet of EBSCO's Business Source Complete, and I believe the Wikipedia Library should include the EBSCO Business Source Complete database? But I'm not sure.
