At market close, I will count the total number of shares under YES and the total number of shares under NO. I will then reduce these numbers mod 7. This means divide by seven and consider only the remainder. Whichever position (yes/no) has a higher number of shares mod 7 is what this market will resolve to.

Examples: if there are 23 total NO shares and 45 total YES shares, then this market resolves yes (45 -> 3, 23 -> 2). If there are 107 total YES shares and 1400 total NO shares, then the market will resolve yes (107 -> 2, 1400 -> 0).

Resolves 50% in the case of a tie.
