Considering my values and goals and all other circumstances, will I consider that transferring to another university was my most desirable next career step for Dec 22 me?

'Transfer being desirable' is a combination of:
1 thinking it is the rational and ideal next step
2 emotionally feeling really good about it

This shall capture all factors that play a role in my decision to transfer besides the ones constraining the practical possibility of transfer. (financial issues, bad grades, regulatory problems, etc.)
Resolved based on my own best judgment.
