Resolution Criteria

• A stock will resolve YES if its percentage return exceeds the NASDAQ Index percentage return for the calendar year 2025 (Jan 1, 2025 - Dec 31, 2025)

• A stock will resolve NO if its percentage return is equal to or less than the NASDAQ’s return

• If a stock is delisted, acquired, or undergoes a major corporate restructuring, it will be evaluated based on the return up to that event

• If a stock splits or reverse splits, the returns will be adjusted accordingly
