Resolves YES if the reported 7-day rolling average confirmed cases of Mpox (monkeypox) worldwide is 0 for any day before September 23 2023, as reported by Our World in Data: https://ourworldindata.org/monkeypox
Bidding closes September 22, but I will resolve as soon as there is data for that day. Notice that there could be adjustments on the data later, but I will resolve with the first data available.
