Resolves YES if Manchester City qualifies for the final of the 2022-23 UEFA Champions League.
Notice that the semi-finals are played over two legs, with each team playing one leg at home. The team that scores more goals on aggregate over the two legs advances to the next round. If the aggregate score is tied, then 30 minutes of extra time is played, and if the score is still tied at the end of extra time, the winner are decided by a penalty shoot-out.
