Do also stop accepting trades immediately when the creator gets the confirmation prompt.
I'm thinking an undo button with countdown would be overkill. Probably the default resolution here is YES if no further arguments for NO materialize.
I tentatively agree. At least, that seems like the first thing to try and then re-assess to see if fat-fingering and clicking "yes I'm sure" on autopilot is still a problem in practice.
You just need a confirmation prompt that includes the question bring resolved. "Are you sure you want to resolve QUESTION as RESOLUTION?"
Proposed alternative from the same channel: Make the user retype the question title to resolve the question.
