Immutable rules:

A: Immutable rules can't be changed, added or contradicted except by the market creator.

B: A market answer must describe exactly one addition/removal/modification of a mutable rule.

C: Answers that resolve 'yes' add/modify/remove from the mutable ruleset as described in the answer.

C: Rule changes that make the market too annoying to operate or are otherwise deemed unfun at @draaglom's sole discretion will be N/Aed.

D: Duplicate rules are not allowed.

Mutable rules:

• (1) The market fully ends at midnight BST on May 21st. When the market fully ends, all unresolved answers resolve 'no'.

• (2) The market closes temporarily every ~24h. When the market closes temporarily, the answer with the highest probability (tie break: most mana bet on yes) will resolve yes.

• (3) Add 1 (one) to all digits in any rule that are not specified in Arabic numerals and English (like in this rule)

• (4) Once per day, bettors holding a yes position on any unresolved rule will be entered into a 'wheel of names'. The user selected gets to resolve an unresolved answer yes or no at their sole discretion.
