Must be a major product officially released by OpenAI, and publicly available (can be paid). Something like the GPT store would resolve this “yes”, as long as it prominently features the blue version of the logo. GPT 4.5 or 5 would also resolve yes if it is, for example, marked by responding to user chats with a blue logo (like how GPT-4 is purple and 3.5 is green.)
