We listed our condo on the market in late May for an initial asking price of $624,900: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3465-14th-St-NW-APT-A-Washington-DC-20010/119083562_zpid/ We have not had much interest, so we dropped it to $614,900. We are not in a huge rush as we have renters in the unit who are willing to go month-to-month but we would like to sell this year so we can buy a bigger townhouse for ourselves. Market resolves to the price our condo sells for. I will resolve at closing. I will bump out the end date if it takes beyond this year to sell. I will resolve N/A if we end up taking it off the market prior to sale.
