@PratikChougule and I are hosting a 3rd forecasting and prediction markets meetup in Washington, DC in December following our first two successful meetups in September and October (18 and 26 attendees, respectively). How many people will show up in December?

Resolves <10 if it doesn't happen before EOY. "Washington, DC" refers to the greater Washington, DC area (i.e. a meetup in Arlington, VA would count).
