@PratikChougule and I are hosting another forecasting and prediction markets meetup in Washington, DC in October following our successful inaugural meetup in September (16 showed; see below). How many people will show up in October?

Resolves <5 if it doesn't happen in October. "Washington, DC" refers to the greater Washington, DC area (a meetup in Arlington, VA would count).
