It's not my fault the internet thinks 'banned' means a temporary suspension. Back in my day a ban was always permanent. Besides, the clarification was edited in way before LTG got temporarily suspended. Also, it is explicitly stated in the rules that the description - or even a comment by the market creator - overrules any discrepancy in the title of the question.

I do not aim to scam people. If I did, I wouldn't do such a bad job at it
