|||||||||| |||||||||| |||||||||| |||||||||| RESOLVES BY THE END OF 2024 EDITION |||||||||| |||||||||| |||||||||| ||||||||||

"Divorce Drama" includes statements related, somewhat directly, to the divorce arc, made after the posting of this tweet (archive). Statements made by Destiny in offline chat, streams, Reddit, Discord, or any other verifiable public venue, are valid for scrutiny.

Proof in comments is required for a YES resolution.

"Innocent" mistakes, obvious trolling or misspeaks do not count. There has to be a somewhat clear malice or intent to the lying. I will try to judge as fair as possible and will not abuse creator status regardless of any positions I may hold, so help me Dan.

I will try to answer any questions in the comments.

If Destiny had lied, Tim would've called that out during the interview Tim gave. But for evey claim in Tim's interview that contradicted Destiny, Destiny has now provided receipts showing his story was correct (or basically correct minus technicalities like "feeling suicidal" after giving ultimatum vs "threatening to kill himself" lol)

I think he feels like the truth is favorable enough towards his image (whether you agree or disagree that's it's favorable towards him, just saying he thinks this) that he wouldn't risk credibility on a lie when he can just tell the truth. Worst thing I could see him doing is omitting something that makes him look bad, but directly lying seems unlikely.
