Much to the dismay of my cohabitants, I practice yelling loudly when I sneeze. So I think I have that part down. Currently, I am training to do the splits. I am currently 9 inches from nuts to ground. The splits will be considered achieved when nuts hit the ground. I am stretching for 2 to 3 minutes twice a day.
