It will count as "moving in" / "living with someone" if he lives in the same house/apartment/condo as someone for at least 30 days. You can add new names as it happens, so if it's a new named person, you can add them to the market first for big gains. If he moves in with two or three other people, the market can pick multiple resolutions.
