What does that mean “Czech parliament” and “votes”? The Chamber of Deputies already voted on the proposed amendment in the first reading, and it approved sending the bill to a committee. Or, should this mean “the bill is either approved [and sent to the Senate] or rejected by the Chamber of Deputies”? Or “the bill is either rejected by the Chamber of Deputies and then approved or rejected by the Senate” (i.e. the whole parliament)? Or should the overriding vote on a possible Senate rejection be included in the time limit? Or even presidential veto and its possible override?
