I currently live in a city with population 42k. There is a local Telegram chat for musicians with 49 members. I think, this is the biggest local chat, but not all local musicians even know about it. I've already found a vocalist and a place for rehearsals.

I will resolve this to YES if by 2024 we'll perform a rehearsal with at least a guitarist and a bass player (I'm a drummer).
