Will resolve YES on the series with the most votes on a poll (from January 2nd to January 14th 2024) I'll run after market closes. The poll will have the options of the market which follow the definition of an American animated series, as underrated is subjective.
An American or European animated series is defined as an animated series with an American or European director and / or American or European channel producer.
