Resolution criteria
YES resolution: The market resolves to YES if, by December 31, 2026, inclusionAI (Ant Group) releases a model that achieves an Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index score equal to or greater than that of Qwen3.8 27B (xhigh).
Source of Truth: The comparison will be verified using the model pages on the Artificial Analysis website.
Measurement Details:
Scores must be compared on the same version of the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index. As of October 2026, Qwen3.8 27B (xhigh) scores 34 on the Intelligence Index (v4.3.2), while inclusionAI's highest-scoring model (Ling-3.0-flash-VL) scores 25.
If inclusionAI releases a model in December 2026 but Artificial Analysis does not publish its benchmark score immediately, the resolution will be delayed until January 15, 2027 to allow the evaluation to be completed.
NO resolution: If no qualifying inclusionAI model released in 2026 meets or exceeds the score of the highest-rated Qwen3.8 27B variant on the same version of the index, the market resolves to NO.
N/A resolution:
If Artificial Analysis goes offline or permanently stops maintaining its Intelligence Index, the market resolves N/A.
If at the time of resolution there is no "max", "xhigh", or "high" configuration of Qwen3.8 27B, the market resolvesd N/A.
Background
inclusionAI is an AI research initiative backed by Ant Group, the parent company of Alipay. It develops and released under the MIT License the Ling family of models, which uses a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architecture. Its current flagship model is Ling-3.0-flash-VL, released in September 2026.
Alibaba released Qwen3.8 27B in August 2026. It's a dense 27-billion-parameter open-weights model that has become highly popular for local deployment on consumer GPUs. It counts as a "small" model on the AA leaderboard (meaning 4B to 40B parameters) and as of October 1, 2026 scores higher than all small and medium (40B to 150B) models.
