resolves Yes if BTC reach 65000 at any point, or resolve Yes if BTC price at year end is > 65000?

@AmmonLam it says ‘by’ in the title, any interpretation other than ‘anytime before’ would be incorrect. Also, this market has been well over 50% through late Jan and all of Feb, while BTC has been well below 65k, which tells me traders here agree with the proper interpretation of the title. cc @creator
