The elections for the president of N Macedonia are about to be held on 24-APRIL-2024 (Wednesday). The system allows for a presidential candidate to be declared winner if any of the candidates have more than 50% of all votes, and if the voter turnout is above 40%. The candidates are officially elected and put on a list by the state electoral commission (ДИК), and they are declared with the following decision

Here, we are interested in potential development - is there going to be a second election run for the president?

The question resolves to no if there is undisputed winner in the first round (conditions are mentioned above), and to yes if a second round takes place in the period after (in that development, the elections would be scheduled on 8th of May, together with the Parliamentary elections).
The time frame is 8th of May, but it can be potentially extended in case of ambiguities, disputes and revotes etc.
