This market resolves YES if people in any single country outside North America are able to trade in sweepstakes markets before the end of the year 2026.
This resolves YES even if people outside North America cannot cash out their SweepCash (or any other name it's called at the time) or are subject to other limitations, as long as they can trade in sweepstakes markets.
This question is managed and resolved by Manifold.
