Will resolve YES if the mayor, city manager, or >1/3 of the city councilmembers of any US city with a population over 50,000 or more, according to either or both of the 2020 Census or the 2022 ACS population estimates, seeks to restrict private car use under the stated guise of "15 minute cities" or similar wording such as "15 minute lifestyle", "15 minute neighborhoods", etc. This can take the form of either punitive fees/taxes on car ownership, permanent closures of roads to private cars, traffic filters, or other similar methods. Resolves NO otherwise. Resolution at end of 2023.
