Any of these sources are authoritative to determine the date:

• Notice of resignation from President Robbins, only if it includes an effective date (or specifies immediate effect).

• Official announcement or press release from the University of Arizona or the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) indicating that Robbins no longer holds the position of president.

• Reporting from at least two independent news sources indicating that Robbins no longer holds the position of president.

Day and month boundaries are midnight Arizona time (UTC -07:00).
