so. trying something new this year. last year i did not get into any math camps and did not love sharing that to the public.
this year we're trying something new! sort of. basically to fulfill this market i need to do two things:
actually be accepted into canada/usa mathcamp (maybe? hopefully?)
actually choose to attend canada/usa mathcamp (likely? but also maybe not.)
context on #1:
apparently they favor older students? (i'm a sophomore) and they favor students who have applied in the past? (i've applied twice).
my essay? i think i cooked! like really really really cooked!
my teacher reference? i think he thinks i'm a great student!
my quiz solutions? out of the 6 questions, i have full solutions to 5 of them thus far and have partially solved the last one. am still working on that.
context on #2:
i'm applying to various camps & internships that would overlap with this camp. if i were to be accepted to all the camps/internships i applied to, i don't think i would choose canada/usa mathcamp.
however: if i were to choose between math camp and internship, i think i would choose math camp! i might even be able to do an internship that i could do alongside a camp!
in terms of camps: this is probably among the easier camps that i'm applying to? i think?
market will resolve once i figure out my summer plans.
