Just checked and it appears that all the votes are in and PDI-P have 110 seats to Golkar's 102, making PDI-P the party with the most seats in Indonesia's House of Representatives.

Resolving YES.

It's taking a while for votes to be counted, so I'll extend this question another week. I'd be comfortable resolving if 90% of the vote is in, but if any of the traders want me to hold off until it's closer to 100% let me know with a comment or message.

Wikipedia still has less than 90% of the vote in, so delaying resolve date another week.

@esusatyo Thanks for the bump. Only 84% of votes are in. Since I committed earlier to resolving at 90%+, I'll stick to that unless it becomes the case that the vote tally won't get over that threshold on a reasonable timeframe.
