This market resolves YES if the Bank of Canada raises interest rates in Q4 2023 (October, November, December). The current "target for the overnight rate" is 5%. Past interest rate decisions are made available on the Bank of Canada's website.
The remaining two scheduled interest rate announcement dates for the year are October 25 and December 6. Will the Bank of Canada raise rates at least one more time before the end of the year?
