Gallup surveys 140 countries for people's approval of the United States, releasing a report each following year. Gallup's most recent Rating World Leaders report showed a decline from 45% in 2021 to 41% in 2022.

Will Gallups 2024 report show global approval of the United States declined again in 2023?

I am not fully sure when the next report publishes, but the previous one came out in April 2023, so I'll check late that month.
