@Qoiuoiuoiu Wikipedia seems to have gotten it wrong.

See the first line ('unchanged') and the last chart bar ('4.00').

@Hakari @cash @Qoiuoiuoiu this seems to be the only one where things are off, with two regions having scores that are .01 different than wiki, but only sub Sahara results being directionally wrong
