According to WOWA, average sale price of housing in Canada is $632,802 as of December 2022. This is a more than 10% decline compared to November 2021. Many sources note that Canadian real estate has grown in value faster than American real estate and faster than Canadian incomes (The Globe and Mail, see image below).
