Yeah I think it resolves to the lowest number, idk tho
Numeric markets on manifold often have explicit clauses that if the number's outside the range it resolves to the closest bucket, and markets without that clause generally resolve to the nearest bucket anway. Since the creator hasn't responded I'll officially clarify that it resolves to the closest bucket when the election happens.
