Update 2026-01-11 (UTC) Resolution clarification from creator:
Market will resolve YES for the winning player, assuming it is not Wakelin.
If Wakelin wins, resolution is N/A.
Creator's earlier comment about "lost bets" referred to YES bets only

@Velaris How things have changed since losing his first round match at the UK Championship. His near breakdown on TV stills lingers in the memory.
@brinanSee didn't you say that if a player withdraws all bets are lost? That's why I didn't bet him to 1%.
Also, why did you change the description?
@Velaris I replied to the email. However, I'll repeat here. Firstly, I have made a mess of things. My comment about lost bets referred to YES bets. I changed the description when I finally took notice of NO bets. I tried to push O'Sullivan's odds down to zero. If you have any suggestions let me know. At the moment I assume I resolve to YES for the winning player, assuming it is not Wakelin. If it is, do not know what I should do. My first multi-choice question.
@brinanSee If it is, you can just N/A I guess.
Next time please specify that the player will resolve NO if they withdraw since I assume that's what you meant by "lost bets".
Thanks for making this market.
@Velaris Yes, N/A will be the resolve if Wakelin wins the Masters. As for next time (and there will be), I'll use the option that allows player substitution for a multi-answer question.
I am thinking about closing future, similar questions sometime during the tournament. Say, before the semi-finals.
