Current median rent in Denver according to Zillow is $2200 as of October 31, 2023.
To resolve this, I will take the last readings from 2023 and 2024 according to Zillow. If Zillow is not available, another reliable source may be used.
If 2024 is higher than 2023, this will resolve YES. If equal or lower, this will resolve NO. The last reading should be public in early 2025, likely on January 1, 2025.
