Resolves N/A if Twitter stops reporting the mDAU metric subsequent to acquisition.

Resolves YES if, in the next quarterly financial report after the deal is closed, mDAU is, for any reason, at least 0.1 million less than the previous report. Resolves NO otherwise.

Update 10/27/2022: The deal has officially gone through just after Q4 2022 closes, so the applicable period will be Q1 2023. Market close date updated to Feb 10, 2023 accordingly.
