So, basically, 18 people have to choose 17 "chairs", or numbers. Their goal is to pick numbers which no one else would pick.
If they pick the same chair as someone else, then I use an RNG to decide who wins the seat.
So, how efficient will they be? How many seats will be left open?
Resolves YES to the number of chairs left open.
If people don't participate, then I will deduct the number of chairs left open by the number of people not participating.
Here are some previous results from my last 2 rounds of games:
With 23 numbers, 24 people:
7 numbers not picked
Also with 23 numbers:
5 numbers not picked
With 17 numbers:
3 numbers not picked
With 15 numbers:
2 numbers not picked
With 14 numbers:
2 numbers not picked

@bohaska One person did not participate but even if we deduct him from the empty seats that's still 7 empty.
@Eliza Probably because the event was on hiatus for so long that people forgot how to play it?
Could be the reason. Before, I did it like once every few weeks. But it's been months before this one.
