Resolves YES if Svenska Transportarbetareförbundet publishes an official position — via congress resolution, formal policy document, or public statement from the förbundsordförande — explicitly opposing or calling for a moratorium/delay/ban on the deployment of autonomous vehicles in commercial transport (trucks, taxis, or delivery).
This includes calls for delays to allow more testing for safety concerns, if it seems well supported that autonomous vehicles are clearly safer than manned for the relevant applications (for the record this is my current assessment of the situation).
Resolves NO if no such statement is issued by January 1, 2031, or if the union's only on-record position is one of conditional acceptance (e.g. calling for worker consultation, retraining guarantees, or co-determination rights without opposing deployment itself).
