@benjaminIkuta When might you decide that no cases will be brought forward? Will this be extended until the statute of limitations expires? I see that Chase civilly sued four participants, but I couldn’t find any info about ongoing criminal prosecution.

@JimHays I suppose if there's no reason to expect any change, I could go ahead and resolve it, no need to wait that long.
