This market resolves YES if Claude AI experiences no partial or major outages during November 12-18, 2025, according to its official status page at https://status.claude.com/.
On November 18, 2025, check the status page for any incidents marked as "Investigating," "Identified," "Monitoring," or "Resolved" with severity indicating a partial or major outage during this period. Minor performance degradation affecting a small percentage of users does not qualify as a partial outage. The market resolves NO if any incident meeting the partial or major outage criteria is reported during this timeframe.
