I expect AI bubble to rise further this year. What should I buy (can be outside of AI) in addition to MSFT, GOOGL, META and AMZN?

Covid stocks is a nice keyword, but I would prefer some kind of index more accuratelly focused on utilization of biological revolution for medicine.
First Solar went up a lot, I would need to see trustworthy analysis of fundamentals, moats and a great reasons why the rise will continue. Or something else, but really convincing. I don't understand the sector at all.
AI can be overpriced, but IMO starts to have huge impact in many fields, I don't get it why would you say it is dying.
