Post covid a few companies have been reverting their work from home policies. Will this be the same for my firm by 2022?
Relevant facts:
during covid everyone was forced WFH
after Feb 2022 company changed policy to mandatory 3 days per week in the office (2 work from home days allowed per week if no holidays in that week)
Company is a large fintech with around ~20k employees with Engineering being one of the biggest departments
Recently there have been management whispers about looking into the WFH stats of employees
Management board is mostly older more conservative people not typically seen as pro-WFH
