Market resolves to yes if Netflix stock outperforms QQQ by at least 2% on the day the deal is announced, ot the following trading day if it's announced after trading hours. If no deal is announced by the end of July, market resolves to N/A.

Roku was spun out of Netflix before it launched because Netflix worried that if they had a streaming box, they wouldn't be able to get the Netflix app on the Xbox and Playstation. Netflix has so much more power now, that isn't a concern
