I will sit a 10 day meditation retreat 11/14 thru 11/23. I have approximately 60 days of past retreat experience. The scheduled sits on this retreat are all 45 or 60 minutes (maybe there's a 75? I forget).
On past retreats of comparable length, most of my sits have been 60 or 75min. My longest ever was last year, around 2 hours 45 minutes. A typical longest on a similar retreat for me would be 90 or 120 min.
