This market will resolve YES if the United Kingdom's next Eurovision Song Contest victory precedes England's next men's or women's FIFA World Cup championship.
This market will resolve NO if England's next men's or women's FIFA World Cup championship precedes the United Kingdom's next Eurovision Song Contest victory.
Clarifications
Youth tournaments, such as the FIFA U-20 World Cup, are not relevant to this market.
The close date will be extended as necessary.

@AlanTennant I now back out as question currently mentions winning the women's soccer world cup specifically as being an option for "yes", and I have no idea about UK viability in that.
