Will the National Anti-Corruption Commission hold a public hearing as part of an investigation into the conduct of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese by 30 March, 2024?

This market will resolve YES if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The National Anti-Corruption Commission begins an investigation into the conduct of Anthony Albanese, the current Prime Minister of Australia;

  • At least one public hearing is held as part of the investigation;

  • Such a hearing begins no later than 29 March, 2024.

The market will resolve NO if any of the above conditions remain unfulfilled by 12:01am AEDT on 30 March, 2024.

Further clarifications:

A hearing that is held entirely in private will not be sufficient to resolve this market in the affirmative. A hearing that is held partially in public and partially in private may be sufficient only if the part of the hearing that is public begins before the deadline stated above.

In order for this market to be resolved YES, it is neither necessary nor sufficient that Anthony Albanese appear at a hearing; he must be the subject of it.
