This market will resolve to the number shown on the charity page (https://manifold.markets/charity) after December 31, 2023 (either the first chance I have to look it in January 2024, or via a Wayback Machine or archive.ph copy of what it looked like as close to midnight on January 1, 2024 as possible), rounded to the nearest integer.
If more than 250,000 USD are donated, this market will resolve to 250,000. If the option to donate M$ to charity doesn't exist as of January 1, 2024, or if the total amount given isn't public knowledge at that time, this market will resolve N/A.

@a The statistic displayed on the charity page matches exactly with the sum of all amounts in the TXNS table with category CHARITY. Instead of needing to use archives or "the first chance", we can run a query for all mana donated before a specific date and be quite confident it was correct.
We would need to choose a time zone (UTC, Manifold Time, or some other value) if you wanted to do this.
I confirmed this by running a query right now, that came up with 14214196 mana donated to charity, and the stats page currently shows:
