I used to do it but have been doing pomodoros for a while now, or get distracted and don't like it. For example, i tend to go on a tangent and explore some topic on niche and next thing i know it's been hours. Really frustrated by slow progress on imp goals cuz of this.
While programming of course it's easy to do long focus it but I've noticed lately i tend to take breaks in between that as well and i actually don't think i have sustained focus for >1hr.
So, experimenting sustained long focus while doing meaningful deep work. Gonna stream on twitch also.

@howtodowtle thanks! I'm experimenting on what methods help me learn better/more efficient.
Some work, some don't work as well. I was left more exhausted at the end of a 2 hr session than i am after 5 pomodoros of 25 mins each, or even 1hr - 15 min break - 1 hr works better.
Especially when focused on paper reading like today, than implementing stuff/programming, for which maybe extended sessions work better
