Resolves YES if I qualify for the US IESO or IPhO teams this year, NO otherwise.

If US participation in either olympiad is cancelled but I qualify, resolves YES.

Context: I am attending the training/selection camps for both olympiads this year. This is my first year doing USESO and my third USAPhO (past results bronze, silver medal).
