Resolves to YES if Oliver Habryka or another credible source confirms on or after November 1, 2026 that the cat is still permitted to live at Lighthaven.

Resolves to NO if they confirm that this is no longer the case, and the cat is no longer permitted.

@acesounderglass @artbypep @freed_dfilan Sure! A bit hard to operationalize, but the current threshold we set has been “if we catch him inside more than 5 times in the next month, we kick him off of the whole campus”. I am like 65% that we won’t have to do that.
